Meet the Face behind the Vibes

Hi,

Actually, I personally think this post is rather unnecessary but at the persistent nudging of my co-workers. I find myself sit back and think what to write about me (though I wonder why someone else couldn't just write on my behalf, does it have to be me???).

Okay. I am a Nigerian from the West part of this ever green and lovely lovely country. So my name will most definitely sound like it - Bisayo Oremuyiwa. 
I use the pet name 'Bissy' here as I reside in the paradise city of Calabar, Cross River State, a bit far from home where the people might find it time taking to pronounce my name appropriately and now I find myself loving the pet name. so, you can call me Bissy too.

I run a number of connected businesses and this in question is our seasonal business that springs up every Christmas season, other seasons like Easter makes sense but every one seems to focus their gift exchange for that interesting end of the year, so i guess we will just have to tag along.

I love inspiration and that, perhaps might explain why it follows most of my business names. The reason is simply. 

There is absolutely no reason for anyone to do anything in this life if it is not borne out of an inspiration. 

How about you ask yourself too, why did you get out of bed this morning when you could have sulked and refuse to leave it, why do you guide your health and protect yourself and all that matters to you? Simple answer, there is something to hope for, something to look forward to, something to inspire you on. You see?

So, I am an inspiration freak and I intend to explore it fully when the time says "Now!".

Okay, that is it about me, anymore.. you might just need to contact me. Don't worry though, I am a major part of this blog, so nothing passes me by.

And to round this up... patronize our hampers and business ideas. Believe me, when I say lots of innovative people are ready to spring out and impress you this season from our hamper contents, to delivery system, to its packaging and after sales services... you had think you are in another country but hey! who says we can't do right here too? How To Place Your Orders

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

 It is highly beneficial to us both if you are situated in the metropolis of Calabar, so that payment can be made in cash or to a designated account.

 The Money

A minimum of 80% is required to carry out your order and the balance at the spot of delivery.

Delivery

Delivery to our client is free, however, to your beneficiaries is charged at a fixed rate of N1,000 per recipient if interested i.e. (we deliver on your behalf with an agreed speech or circumstance).

Hampers are delivered from 24 hours provided the order is made between Monday - Saturday 9am to 5pm daily. 

Orders made on a Sunday will be delivered from Tuesday of the following week.

Terms Of Service

 

Inspired Vibes Hampers also known as Vibes Hampers is an innovation and subsidiary of Inspired Computer Institute Ltd located at Suite 11A & 13 Old Admin Block. Cultural Center Calabar, Cross River State. Nigeria.

The terms of operation are subject to yearly modifications without prior consultation or notifications to the public.

All hamper and related services are coordinated by the management of Inspired Vibes Hampers.

Hampers are delivered from 24 hours provided the order is made between Monday - Saturday 9am to 5pm daily. Orders made on a Sunday will be delivered from Tuesday of the following week.  We are not liable for missing or damaged items in our delivered hampers provided that at the time of delivery, they are confirmed to be complete and undamaged.

An order becomes our responsibility to supply only if a minimum of 80% of the hamper price as been paid. Payment less than that may be considered but without guarantee of prompt delivery as clients who make a minimum of 80% are considered first before others. In a situation, where such a placed order could not be supplied by us, the client is refunded 95% of the money, where the remaining 5% is sub-charged for inconveniences created by such client in the terms of our time invested in discussing and concluding the hamper choice(s) of such client. However, a client can pay less than 80% of charge if he/she can within 48hrs pay up the balance but must be at least 48hours before collection of hamper ordered. A followup slip will be added to all hamper packs of Vibes Hampers to allow recipients of our hampers to become our clients if they are impressed with the content and packaging of our hampers.

Why We Do - What We Do - How We Do It.

Well, I guess the title is a good play with words and I enjoy saying it again and again and what is more fun is that we are in the business that foster peaceful and loving bonds between humans and we act as middle men to ignite exciting moments and stamp lovely memories despite the ups and down we all must have a share of.
So, back to the title in a paraphrased version:- Why do we do what we do in the manner in which we do it?.. If you have read up to this point, you are likely a thorough person and that makes two of us. Let's have a quick dig into it.

(1) WHY WE DO
     My introductions kind of dealt with a bit of the why. It is always a good step to put into considerations why people do things before you patronize them because the 'why' determines strongly the fate of your dealings with the persons/products.
Lots of persons make hamper packs perhaps with the unfounded believe that they can make lots of money out of it, or just to keep busy during the Christmas and so on. Fair enough.
But we do this business because we care! 
While we expect to make some money for the upkeep of the business, our focus is more on customer satisfaction. We can only prove such claims by the quality of services we offer.

(2) WHAT WE DO
     We make hampers - distinctive and innovative hampers packaged with passionate grace and poise.

We focus the content of our hampers on the taste of the beneficiaries not the money and makes it fun for clients to order from us. This is one of the reasons why the bulk of the business is on ordering system even though we have affiliate stores for anyone to pick up the ones on stands.
